Illness or accident
If a child cannot attend because of illness or an accident, we refund the entire camp fee against a medical certificate.

Good to know
So every family knows where they stand: registration, camp fee, cancellation, care hours and the information before the camp – short and clear.
Cancellation
If a child cannot attend because of illness or an accident, we refund the entire camp fee against a medical certificate.
A cancellation that reaches us more than seven days before the first camp day is free of charge.
In this period we keep 50 percent of the camp fee because catering, equipment and coaches are already planned.
From three days before the first camp day and in case of no-show the full camp fee is due.
What counts is the arrival of your written cancellation by email. If we have to cancel a camp – for example because of too few registrations or because the venue becomes unavailable – we refund the full camp fee.
Before the camp
We get in touch automatically – no need to ask and nothing to print.
We review every request personally and send a specific offer. The place is booked only after express acceptance.
Venue and directions, times, catering, emergency contact and the person on site arrive by email at the latest one week before. The camp kit is handed out on the first camp day.
Arrival from 09:00, group assignment and handout of the camp kit. The first training session starts at 10:00.
Care hours
The camp runs daily from 09:00 to 16:00. Families who need to drop off earlier or pick up later can request care from 08:00 to 17:00. We arrange it as soon as enough families need it – simply state the wish in the registration form or write to us.
Go to registrationOnly an adult parent or legal guardian may submit the form. At this stage it is only a non-binding request, not a binding offer or an order that creates a payment obligation. After review, we send a specific offer stating the date, total price, payment deadline and these terms. A contract is formed only when that offer is expressly accepted in text form. Places are allocated in the order of acceptance; a waiting list may be available for fully booked camps.
Children and teenagers are eligible if they are at least 6 and not yet 16 years old on the first camp day. For a request without a selected date, today's age is checked first.
Under section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian FAGG, contracts for leisure activities on a fixed date generally do not carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The contractual cancellation options below apply independently.
The total price is 199 euros per child for five days from 09:00 to 16:00. All taxes and charges required by law are included in the stated total price. There are no additional mandatory charges for the listed standard services. It includes two training sessions per day, the lunchtime programme, lunch and drinks, the camp kit (jersey, shorts, water bottle) and supervision by the coaching team. Any charge for optional early or late care is stated in the offer before the contract is formed and applies only if separately accepted. The fee is due by the date stated in the offer.
With a medical certificate for illness or an accident we refund the full camp fee. Without a certificate: cancelling more than seven calendar days before the start is free of charge, from seven to four calendar days before we keep 50 percent, and from three calendar days before as well as in case of no-show the full fee is due. Saved expenses and a replacement booking are taken into account, and families may show that the actual loss was lower. If we cancel the camp, the entire fee is refunded. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Care from 08:00 to 17:00 is available on request and depends on demand at the location. The wish can be stated during registration; we confirm it separately.
The coaching team supervises the children during camp hours. Camp rules apply: respectful behaviour, no insults, conflicts are solved by talking. In case of serious or repeated breaches the camp management may exclude a child where this is necessary and proportionate to protect the group. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Health conditions, necessary medication or special support needs are discussed confidentially before the camp. Allergies may be entered voluntarily in the form; this requires separate explicit consent.
Photos are taken during the camp week, for example at the award ceremony. They are published only with the explicit consent of the parent or legal guardian; consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
We are liable, including for valuables brought along, in accordance with statutory provisions. Unnecessary valuables should stay at home. Private accident and liability insurance for the child is recommended.
