If a child cannot attend because of illness or an accident, we refund the entire camp fee against a medical certificate.

Terms for the camp week
So every family knows where they stand: registration, camp fee, cancellation, care hours and the information before the camp – short and clear.
Cancellation
If a child cannot come after all.
More than 7 days before the start
A cancellation that reaches us more than seven days before the first camp day is free of charge.
7 to 4 days before the start
In this period we keep 50 percent of the camp fee because catering, equipment and coaches are already planned.
3 days or less before the start
From three days before the first camp day and in case of no-show the full camp fee is due.
What counts is the arrival of your written cancellation by email. If we cancel a camp, we refund the full camp fee. Further statutory rights remain unaffected. This does not grant the organiser an unrestricted right to cancel.

Binding booking confirmation
After successful booking, your camp place is reserved. You receive a booking reference and confirmation by email. The invoice and payment information follow separately.
All camp details
Venue and directions, times, catering, emergency contact and the person on site arrive by email at the latest one week before; for later bookings, as soon as possible. The jersey is handed out on the first camp day.
Check-in and kit handout
Arrival from 09:00, group assignment and handout of the camp kit. The first training session starts at 10:00.
Care hours
Early and late care from 08:00 to 17:00.
The camp runs daily from 09:00 to 16:00. Families who need to drop off earlier or pick up later can request care from 08:00 to 17:00. We arrange it as soon as enough families need it – simply state the wish in the registration form or write to us.

1 Registration and contract
Only an adult parent or legal guardian may submit the form. By selecting “Book with obligation to pay” you make a binding booking for the selected camp at the displayed total price. We accept the booking when the website displays a successful booking confirmation and booking reference; the contract is then formed. No separate acceptance of an offer is required. The confirmation, booking details and these terms are also provided by email. An email delivery failure does not change a booking already confirmed. Places are allocated in order of receipt and subject to availability. An error without a booking confirmation does not form a contract.
Children must be at least 6 and not yet 16 years old on the first camp day. A specific available camp must be selected.
Under section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian FAGG, leisure activities on a fixed date generally do not carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. The contractual cancellation options below apply independently.
2 Camp fee and services
The total price is 199 euros per child for five days during the hours stated for the selected camp (normally 09:00–16:00). All legally applicable taxes and charges are included. There are no additional mandatory fees for standard services. These include two training sessions daily, the lunchtime programme, lunch and drinks, a jersey and supervision by the coaching team.
Payment is by bank transfer. Full payment must reach our account no later than the start of the booked camp. The invoice and bank details will be sent separately by email. No online charge is made on submission. A request for early or late care does not book that extra service. Availability and any extra charges are communicated before separate binding acceptance.
3 Cancellation and refund
Illness or an accident supported by a medical certificate entitles you to a full refund. Otherwise: cancellation more than seven calendar days before the start is free; seven to four days before the start incurs 50% of the fee; from three days before the start and in the event of no-show, the full fee applies. Saved expenses and replacement bookings are taken into account; families may demonstrate a lower actual loss. The date of receipt of written cancellation at info@handballcamps.at applies. If we cancel the camp, the entire fee is refunded. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4 Early and late care
Care from 08:00 to 17:00 is available on request and depends on demand at the location. State your wish during registration; availability and any costs are confirmed separately.
5 Supervision, rules and health
The coaching team supervises children during camp hours. Respectful behaviour and the camp rules apply. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to exclusion if necessary and proportionate to protect the group. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Health needs, medication and additional support needs are discussed confidentially before camp. Allergy information may be entered voluntarily with separate explicit consent.
6 Photos and videos
Photos and videos are published only with the express consent of the parent or legal guardian. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
7 Liability
Liability for damage and personal belongings is governed by statutory law. Please leave unnecessary valuables at home. Private accident and liability insurance for the child is recommended.

Check and correct your details directly in the form before submitting. There is no additional review screen. Contract languages are German and English; the language selected when booking applies. We store your booking details and the applicable terms and send them by email. You can also download them on the success page. There is no public customer account.
